A Return Goods Authorization number is required for all returns. Contact Customer Service to request your Authorization number at email@example.com.
Because we process orders so quickly, we can not cancel or make changes to existing orders.
- All returns must have a return number
- All devaliments the container must not be open, we will not accept open products.
- The merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. Your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
- Recipients of the gift can only return their gift for a gift card
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
- Returns that meet the above conditions will be processed by My Spanish Ham within approximately 10 business days of receipt at our facilities.
